Residence in Hong Kong

The Capital Investment Entrant Scheme “Scheme” has been introduced by the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in September 2003 and official suspended on Jan 15, 2015.
The current program is Business Investment Visa, qualified application can be processed in two or three months. However, it is not a program for nationalities from Afghanistan, Albania, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, North Korea and Vietnam and Chinese residents of the Mainland.
