PROJECT OVERVIEW
Healdsburg Vineyard Hotel is a fully entitled luxury hotel development that upon completion will consist of 108 keys (99 rooms and 9 suites), a 100-seat signature restaurant, 60-seat rooftop bar, approximately 15,500 square feet of event space, a fitness club, a spa, and swimming pools spread across ap- proximately 8 acres located in spread over more than 8 acres in Healdsburg, CA, the heart of California’s wine country.
The Healdsburg Vineyard Hotel project features a 108-key luxury boutique hotel spanning 8.12 acres. The property will include a 100-seat signature restaurant, a 60-seat rooftop bar, 15,500 square feet of event space, a fitness club, a spa, and swimming pools. The total gross building area will be 81,700 square feet.
THE LOCATION
