France, officially the French Republic, is a country whose main territory is located in Western Europe, with a number of overseas regions and territories. French territory in Europe extends from the Mediterranean to the English Channel and the North Sea, and from the Rhine to the Atlantic Ocean

In 2016, President Emmanuel Macron named the program to attract talented people to France to do business and live under a French tech visa, formerly known as Passport Talent. The policy of “France Technology Visa” has contributed to attracting foreign investment and global talent to the country.

Program requirements:

Establish a start-up business in France with a minimum capital of €195,000; or
Set up a company or make a capital investment of at least €300,000, or buy 10% share in a company in France.
The investor must have at least five years of experience in the relevant investment field, or hold a Master’s degree, and have a start-up draft in order to establish and operate a viable economic enterprise in France.
